Underwhelming Distribution System

I have not received the PJ’s that I ordered 20 days ago. I’ve called the support centre and didn’t gain any clarity on when this package would arrive.

This is my fifth pair of PJ’s from this company although the product is outstanding, the distribution centre is underwhelming.
