I received gift certificate. My pajamas did not come. Looks like it is still pending. I emailed a couple days ago and received a return call stating the system glitches and my pajamas would be expedited. Still don’t have them. Still says “partial” order on website. I would like these pajamas. Please

I assumed Bedhead would give me the option of sending a lovely little online gift card to my daughter, but instead I was informed that all I could do was forward the email that confirmed my purchase. Quite often I purchased online gift cards from other vendors and I've always had the the option of choosing from various cards that say things like Merry Christmas or happy birthday Etc and then also say 'enclosed is a gift from:' whatever name I want to put in for example Grandma or Mom. There is usually a place to write a message as well to the recipient. Your method of having me forward a confirmation of the purchase is not fun, it's like handing somebody cash, not a gift.
