BedHeadPJs.com currently accepts VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER CARD credit cards and PAYPAL. You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information via SSL.

Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept personal checks.

SALES TAX

Items sold and shipped to locations both inside and outside the US, may be subject to tax and collected automatically if applicable.

SHIPPING

We are doing our best to ensure that purchases made by Noon PST, Monday through Friday are processed within 1 business day. For any questions regarding your order or tracking information, please visit our Customer Service page or check out our FAQs

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders will ship via FedEx Economy and do not include duties imposed by the buyer's country. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original estimated delivery time. We do not ship to the province of Quebec in Canada.

SHIPPING TIME

Delivery time may vary depending on your geographic location or order date. Orders requesting shipment to the East Coast are usually delivered within five to seven days.

Please note: Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be 2nd Day Air.

DELIVERY TIME

We will make every effort to deliver your package to you as soon as possible. However there are conditions that might cause delays.

CREDIT CARD APPROVAL

Upon approval AND verification of credit card information Orders will be processed for shipment. Inconsistent data and billing information may delay your order.

SHIPPING STATUS

Once your order has been authorized and confirmed, your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours business hours.

Unfortunately, we do not ship orders on weekends and Holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased from our website for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase via Happy Returns, unless the item is marked Final Sale. Please note, all international purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Final Sale Items: Items marked final sale are nonrefundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Ways to return

• Return the product to your local Happy Returns Return Bar for a free return or exchange.
• Return by mail through Happy Returns. Mailed returns incur a $8 fee for U.S. orders which is deducted from the return value.
• Return your product to the Bedhead PJs Flagship Store in Los Angeles for a free return or exchange.

RETURNS

We gladly accept unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased from our website for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. If you return via a Happy Returns Return Bar, there is no charge. If you choose to return by mail, an $8 return fee for U.S. orders will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Once you have submitted your return, you will receive either a return shipping label for mailing or a QR code for the Happy Returns Return Bar. Upon carrier scan, your refund will begin processing. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.

You can choose to be refunded to your original payment method or with a store gift card. If you choose to receive a refund by digital gift card, an electronic gift card will be emailed to you

EXCHANGE

We offer exchanges of unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased from our website within 30 days of purchase. Please start your return in Happy Returns to view exchange options for your merchandise.

Once you have selected your items and submitted your exchange, you will be provided a return label to ship the items or a QR Code for the Happy Returns Return Bar. Upon carrier scan, your replacement order will begin processing.

Please read this policy and confirm that your return is within the 30-day return window. We only accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The return fee is $8.00 for domestic returns. The return fee will be deducted from your refund. We offer free shipping on exchanges.

Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

PROCESSING TIME

Depending on shipping method and location, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive your package. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for all credit card refunds to appear on your statement.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEMS
