Bought three pairs in different fabrics, styles. All 100% cotton. Two pairs had to be hemmed, but the capri style was perfect. Have worn the capri style several times.

The Liberty fabric is always a good choice
While it costs much more than the other pajamas, only the liberty fabric starts out with the softness and durability you would expect. The woven cotton can be hit and miss and the cotton jersey really shrinks so must me hang dried.
