Bottoms too big

I love the PJs but the tops fit correctly and the bottoms are way too big. I ordered a M for myself and a S for my daughter. The same was true doe her set.

I made a return for an exchange but have not received the replacement item

Returned a medium for a large replacement and it has not been delivered. Please advise the status of delivery. Returned to Staples on 3/7/24. The return code is HRHH2WB3
