While the service is good, the website is not customer friendly. When applying the filter of size Medium, the selection results in all sizes except Medium. If there are no sizes left, why not simply indicate "no sizes available" vs. having time open each style to check if it is or is not a Medium. This makes me not want to shop since the results makes it so tedious.

Significant decline in product. No longer made in US. BedHead sadly has begun to offshore its manufacturing. I was a loyal customer until this moment, because the cost was justified by it’s made in US quality.
