Your website says your items will be delivered in 2 to 12 business days. I had to call twice to ask about status as it’s now three weeks since I ordered and paid for a pj. The first time I called the woman was dismissive and assured me the pj was en route. But she couldn’t tell me where the item was. And the second time, same thing, you couldn’t advise where the item was. Someone had to get back to me to advise that my delivery, since I’m in Canada can take up to 30 days. Then you provided a useless tracking URL that gives two conflicting messages, first one advising my item is “in its last mile”. Whatever that means. But it’s been on its last mile for two weeks. And the second message I get when I get directed to tracking is to advise there is limited tracking ok the item. So I still don’t know where the pjs are. Very frustrating.
